Lymphatic Drainage
Lymphatic Drainage is a specialized massage technique designed to encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid throughout the body.
While traditional lymphatic drainage is typically very gentle and slow, the Brazilian approach combines lymphatic techniques with more rhythmic and dynamic movements. Treatments often focus on areas where fluid tends to accumulate, such as the abdomen, legs, hips, and arms.
The result? A treatment designed to leave you feeling lighter, less swollen, and more comfortable in your body.

What to Expect
Your first appointment begins with a conversation about your health history, goals, and any areas of concern.
Your practitioner will then use a combination of rhythmic massage and lymphatic drainage techniques across appropriate areas of the body. Because lymphatic drainage often involves the abdomen and other areas where fluid can accumulate, your practitioner will explain the treatment and ensure you’re comfortable throughout your visit.
Treatments are always adapted to your individual needs and comfort level. Alongside hands-on techniques, your practitioner may also incorporate specialized tools to complement your treatment, support fluid movement, and address your individual goals.
Wood Therapy Tools
Specialized wooden tools may be used to provide rhythmic pressure and massage to areas of the body such as the legs, hips, and abdomen. These techniques can complement the hands-on portion of your treatment and are always customized to your comfort and goals.

Dry Brushing
A dry body brush uses gentle, sweeping movements across the skin. It may be incorporated as part of your treatment to exfoliate the skin and complement the rhythmic movements used throughout your session.

Gua Sha
Smooth gua sha tools may be incorporated alongside hands-on techniques to provide gentle, targeted pressure and complement the rhythmic movements used throughout your treatment. The technique and pressure are always adapted to your individual needs and comfort.

What Can a Treatment Look Like?
Lymphatic Drainage treatments can create visible changes in areas where the body is holding fluid. These images show real clients before and immediately following treatment.
These changes reflect the movement of fluid - not fat loss or weight loss - and individual results will vary.
