InForm (Formerly Pilates I + II)
Our signature movement class, inspired by the principles of Pilates.
InForm is where mindful movement meets functional strength. Rooted in Pilates, this mat-based class is designed to improve core control, posture, and full-body alignment - all while helping you reconnect to your breath, your body, and your inner strength.
Each class begins and ends with intentional breathwork and grounding to support your nervous system and create space for presence. With thoughtful progressions, personalized cueing, and a focus on quality of movement, InForm is the foundation of our method - and the heart of what we do.

InFerno (formerly Barre Fitness)
A fiery fusion of Pilates precision and ballet-inspired strength.
InFerno is our high-energy, low-impact barre class designed to ignite your core, sculpt your muscles, and elevate your endurance. Expect a full-body burn through controlled, rhythmic movements that challenge balance, stamina, and stability - all with the support of small props and signature InForm cueing.
This class combines the grace of dance, the focus of Pilates, and the intensity of strength training - delivering a sweat that’s smart, satisfying, and deeply energizing.
Open to all levels. No experience required - just a willingness to feel the fire.

InPower (Formerly Strength & Stability)
A strength training class designed to build functional power, core stability, and confidence - from the inside out.
InPower is a small-group strength class that blends full-body resistance training with intentional mobility and stability work. Each class focuses on proper form, progressive overload, and smart programming that helps you get stronger, safely and effectively.
With a maximum of 7 participants, you’ll receive personalized coaching, movement modifications, and expert support tailored to your body and goals. Whether you’re building a foundation or challenging your limits, InPower is here to help you feel capable, aligned, and empowered.
Schedule: Mondays or Thursdays at 7:30pm for 4 weeks,

InStill (Formerly Myofascial Stretch)
A grounding blend of myofascial stretch and yin-inspired movement to release tension and restore calm.
InStill is a slow, supported practice that works deep into the connective tissues and fascial layers of the body to unravel physical tension and create space - both physically and emotionally. Through long-held, floor-based stretches and intentional stillness, this class promotes deep tissue release, joint mobility, and nervous system regulation.
With a focus on breath, mindful awareness, and therapeutic sequencing, InStill offers an opportunity to soften, slow down, and return to yourself. Props and personalized guidance are used throughout to support your unique body and needs.
Perfect for anyone seeking more ease, flexibility, or nervous system balance, no experience required.

InFlow – Prenatal
(formerly Prenatal Yoga)
A gentle, breath-led movement practice to support your pregnancy - body, mind, and heart.
Prenatal Flow is a nurturing yoga-inspired class designed to help you connect with your changing body, your breath, and your growing baby. Suitable for all trimesters and levels of experience, this class blends flowing movement, mindful stretching, and intentional breathwork to support strength, openness, and inner calm throughout your pregnancy.
You’ll build physical resilience, improve flexibility, and create space - both physically and emotionally - as you prepare for birth and postpartum. Each class offers time to slow down, tune inward, and connect with a community of fellow expecting parents.
Come exactly as you are. This is your time to feel supported, empowered, and in flow with this season of change.

This mat-based class is rooted in the InForm Method - combining mindful movement, functional strength training, and intentional breathwork to help you feel more supported in your changing body. Each session is designed to safely build core stability, support pelvic health, and improve posture as you move through each trimester.
This is more than just a workout, it’s a space to prepare your body for birth and recovery, to feel confident in your movement, and to connect with a community of other expecting parents who get it.
Come exactly as you are. Every exercise can be adapted to meet your unique needs, whether you’re moving through pregnancy for the first time or building on what your body already knows.

InForm – Baby & Me
(formerly Postpartum Pilates)
A postpartum movement class focused on rebuilding strength and reconnecting with your core, with baby by your side.
This is a Pilates-inspired class designed to support your body’s recovery after birth. Grounded in the InForm Method, this class focuses on deep core activation, pelvic floor support, posture, and functional strength - all while offering a gentle, encouraging space to move at your own pace.
Babies are welcome (and often part of the fun!), but this time is truly for you. Whether you’re easing back into movement or looking to build on your postpartum strength, you’ll be guided through safe, effective exercises with personalized support and modifications.

This is a functional strength training class created for postpartum parents ready to reawaken their power and move intentionally. With baby in a carrier, on a mat, or nearby, you’ll work through low-impact, full-body exercises that focus on rebuilding core stability, improving posture, and developing the strength you need for real life with a little one.
This class is equal parts movement and connection - to your body, your baby, and a supportive community of fellow parents navigating the same season. Come as you are, rest when you need, and know you’re building strength in more ways than one.

With your little one beside you (or in your arms), you’ll explore gentle flows, grounding breathwork, and soft stretches to support recovery, release tension, and build presence in your postpartum body.
More than just movement, this class is a chance to honour your transition into parenthood and connect with a community of others walking a similar path. Come exactly as you are - no experience needed, fussing babies always welcome.
