Pilates I
Intro to Pilates

Mat Pilates focuses on enhancing core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment. This series offers a dynamic blend of controlled movements, breath work, and precise exercises designed to sculpt and tone your muscles while promoting a sense of mindfulness. This intro to Mat Pilates series caters to all fitness levels, providing personalized modifications and variations to suit individual needs. In this series, you will learn the foundations of pilates, so that you feel confident and safe to hit the mat in all future sessions. 

Schedules : Tuesdays at 7pm for 4 weeks, starting April 30th

Pilates II

The Pilates II series caters to all fitness levels, providing personalized modifications and variations to suit individual needs. In this series, you will build upon the foundation of pilates to further challenge yourself with each movement. It is recommended for those who have previous pilates experience.

 

Mat Pilates focuses on enhancing core strength, flexibility, and overall body alignment. This series offers a dynamic blend of controlled movements, breath work, and precise exercises designed to sculpt and tone your muscles while promoting a sense of mindfulness.

Intro to Asana
Beginner Yoga Series

Whether you're new to yoga, looking to deepen your practice, or returning to the mat after a break, this series is tailored to meet you where you are on your yoga journey.

Through a mindful approach, we'll explore the physical aspects of yoga, taking time to delve into common poses and understand their nuances. Expect a supportive environment where we slow down the pace, allowing an opportunity for practice and guidance as we build a solid foundation together.

Join our exclusive small-group workout class designed to enhance your full body strength, stability, postural alignment, and mobility.

 

With a maximum of 6 participants, you'll receive personalized attention from our expert instructor who can modify each exercise to suit your individual needs. Our Strength & Stability class is led by a registered Kinesiologist and Personal Trainer, ensuring that you receive professional guidance throughout your workout.

 

Expect a challenging yet rewarding experience that will leave you feeling stronger, more balanced, and energized.
