Our Infant Massage sessions are designed to support your baby’s development, relaxation, and overall well-being. Using gentle, soothing techniques, this massage can help with digestion, sleep, circulation, and calming the nervous system. Ideal for babies experiencing colic, tension, or discomfort, this treatment is a wonderful way to promote relaxation and bonding.

This appointment is open to all babies, including new patients, and provides a gentle and supportive introduction to bodywork for infants.

Massage Therapy | Baby & Me Massage

Bond with your little one while receiving the care and relaxation you both deserve. Our Baby & Me Massage offers a session designed to nurture both parent and baby, combining the benefits of gentle infant massage with therapeutic treatment for parents.

 

Each session includes:

  • 30 minutes of baby massage – Gentle techniques to aid digestion, soothe fussiness, support development, and promote relaxation.

  • 30 minutes of parent massage – Targeted relief for common postpartum tension areas, such as the neck, shoulders, and back

*this session is only open to parents who have previously seen the practitioner for treatment*

  • Enhances bonding – Skin-to-skin contact and gentle touch support emotional connection and comfort.

  • Supports baby’s development – Encourages circulation, digestion, and nervous system regulation.

  • Relieves tension for parents – Eases postpartum aches, improves mobility, and promotes relaxation.

  • Calms & soothes – Reduces stress hormones and supports overall well-being for both parent and baby.

  • Flexible & supportive – Feeding, diaper changes, and baby’s needs are always accommodated during the session.
