Nutritional Counselling
A Registered Holistic Nutritionist or RHN, looks at all the components of a clients well-being, including diet and lifestyle and how they could be better supported for optimal health. We don’t just look at food, although it is an important component, we also dive into lifestyle components and habits, as well as how to support you best with supplementation. Areas I like to make recommendations in include: fitness, sleep, stress support and referrals to other practitioners.
