Administrative Assistants

This is an opportunity to be the face of the team of multidisciplinary professionals in a unique practice that focuses on female health and wellness with an emphasis on movement and exercise. Our clinic has 6 treatment rooms and a large studio space used for a variety of fitness classes (yoga, strength training, Pilates), group educational sessions and community gatherings. Role Description

The expert in patient and client experience, our front-of-house staff is the face of the InForm brand and the embodiment of our core values. They are responsible for the greeting, intake and directing of our patients and clients to their appropriate services and making each individual that enters the clinic feel comfortable and cared for. They will also manage patient communication via phone, email and text and will be well informed of all services offered at the clinic. When patients and clients leave, they are responsible for ensuring their next appointment is booked and that payment has been processed.
